New Apple Campus to be A City Within a City?

The Los Angeles Times seems to think this guy will have a hand in building a "city-within-a-city" as Apple’s new campus. Given this guy’s penchant for making huge phallic shaped buildings, he could be the perfect man for the job.

Apple Inc. may be gearing up to build a city within a city in Cupertino, Calif., its hometown, and what a sustainable metropolis it’ll be if architect Norman Foster has anything to do with it.
