Twitter Goes After Twittersearch.com
Twitter has instituted legal proceedings against the present owner of the domain name "twittersearch.com" over trade name infringement. This is the first filed complaint for the social networking giant over a trademark conflict.
That said, they took their sweet time to make the move -- twittersearch.com was first registered back in March 2007.
