Album Price Should Drop to $1.60

I like the way this guy thinks. You’d have to cut out the middle man and guarantee the artist the lion's share of the money (not everyone in between) but, other than that, I could seriously see this working.

If record labels made the decision to charge much less, fans would not think twice about buying an album on impulse and the resulting sales boost would make up for the price drop, he predicted.
