Thief Backs Up Data, Sends It To Victim

This is something you don’t hear every day. After stealing a man's laptop, the thief actually backed up the victim’s data and mailed it to him (he kept the computer). I’m not condoning the theft of the laptop but returning the man’s data was pretty cool.

A professor at Umeå University in northern Sweden was stunned after a thief who stole his laptop copied and returned the contents of the computer to him - on a USB memory stick.
