I hear this company is looking for some new servers…and some new execs (after the heads roll)…probably some new clients now too.
An electronic monitoring system tracking sex offenders, parolees and others shut down Tuesday, leaving authorities in 49 states blind to offenders' movements for about 12 hours. A spokesman for Boulder, Colo.-based BI Incorporated said Wednesday that its system's data storage hit its capacity Tuesday morning.
