GM Testing Audio Facebook Updates in Cars

Facebook updates while you are driving? Yup! The gang at GM are actually testing software that will allow drivers to post messages to Facebook by talking to their cars.

General Motors Co. is testing software that would let drivers talk to their cars to update status messages on the Facebook social media Web site, as well as listen to Facebook messages, the company said Wednesday.

I can see it now: "OnStar has detected that you have been in an accident. Emergency response vehicles have been dispatched and we are in the process of updating your Facebook status. Thank you for using OnStar!"
