Foxconn Hiking Prices to Cover China Pay Increase

To the surprise of absolutely no one, Foxconn is raising prices to cover the raises they gave their workers last month. The good news is that people aren’t jumping off roofs like they were last month so the raises seem to be working.

Foxconn Technology Group, which makes iPhones and other gadgets for global technology companies, plans to charge them more to partly cover wage increases at its mammoth manufacturing compound in southern China.
