Apple Inc. awarded Chief Operating Officer Timothy Cook a cash and stock bonus worth about $22 million for his performance while filling in during Chief Executive Steve Jobs's medical leave. The bonus of $5 million in cash and 75,000 restricted stock units was approved unanimously Friday by the consumer electronics giant's board, on a recommendation by Mr. Jobs.
