UN Warns About Tech Waste in Developing World

The U.N. Environment Program released a report that predicts electronic waste will quadruple in some parts of the world by 2020. I still say we are missing some opportunities here with recycling and our space program. Let’s dispose of it by shooting it all into space.

"The world is now confronted with a massive wave of electronic waste that is going to come back and hit us, particularly for least-developed countries, that may become a dumping ground," Steiner told The Associated Press ahead of a UNEP executive meeting in Bali.
