Eyefinity Bezel Management Software Next Year

If you were hoping for an early Christmas present of Bezel Management Software (Here is a link to a Matrox page that shows you what this does.) from AMD, I would have to suggest you not hold your breath. Long time [H]'er Mackintire had this to say.

Mackintire from the forum here. I was here at the IITSEC convention in Orlando. ATI had a booth here so I went over opened up a dialog. I pulled one snippet of information from them. Apparently there will be a feature released in the 1st quarter of 2010 that allows the user to adjust for the bezel thickness when running Eyefinity. So that when you use the monitor as a mosaic wall the bezel does not distort the continuity of the whole image. For our company this is a big deal.

Thanks Mackintire! We have no information to suggest it will be here sooner. On the upside, we have heard that if you had Triple Head to Go software installed the Matrox Bezel Management will work with Eyefinity. Hmmm. Plenty of ongoing conversations in the Video Card HardForum.
