Inspiring Change in Education with Technology

In recognition of International Education Week, Intel ethnographer Tony Salvador discusses what he observed last week at the International eLearning Summit, a gathering of educators and policymakers from 40 countries. He reflects on the difficult - but essential - task many education decision makers are faced with to ensure their education systems are moving in the right direction.
