The Consumerist found some NorthStar propaganda videos and posted them up for your viewing pleasure. The corporate execs said they were "all about you" in reference to the employee. Yeah, that didn’t work out very well.
For the uninitiated, NorthStar was the name of the customer service program Circuit Citylaunched to try to emphasize respect for both the associates and the customers. Well, the associates who weren't so good that they got laid off, and the customers who didn't get so frustrated they left the store without purchasing anything.[sic]
