White House Bans Staffers from Twitter

I’m usually not in favor of anyone "banning" the use of social networking sites but if you work at the White House, Pentagon, CIA, etc. etc. you probably shouldn’t be using Twitter at work.

White House staffers have been blocked from using Twitter at work, press secretary Robert Gibbs said. Gibbs said he really doesn't know why the chief executive's offices blocked access to the site. Maybe to avoid taxpayer-funded tweets, Tribune Newspapers said.
