ESA Suing Chicago Transit Authority

Frankly, I thought this lawsuit would have come a long time ago. I’m not sure why the ESA waited so long after the initial ban but, as long as the transit authority allows R rated movies and mature TV and music ads, I see no reason they should be able to exclude M rated video games.

The suit challenges the transit authority's prohibition against advertising computer and video games rated Mature or Adults Only. There is no such prohibition against advertising R-rated movies, mature TV shows or music.
