More Court Action In Broadcom vs Qualcomm Case

I don’t know anyone who can keep up with the Broadcom vs Qualcomm case. This week we have more court rulings that might stand, might be overturned or appealed to a higher court. The only people we know are winning for SURE in this battle are the lawyers.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled in Qualcomm's favor in one of the three patents at issue, technology used in video compression in cell phones. It ruled that the patent was invalid and, thus, not infringed. But the appeals court affirmed the judgment of infringement in two other patents, "and the injunction as it pertains to those patents."
