Red Hat Settles 2 Patent Lawsuits
Red Hat just announced that the company has settled two lawsuits (patent infringement) for an undisclosed sum of money.
Red Hat said the settlement's covered products include all software distributed under Red Hat's brands, as well as predecessor versions. The settlement also protects products deriving from or used in combination with the covered products from any patent claim.
