Survey: Online Banking Satisfaction Up

The bad news is that most banks act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money. Because of that, most of us do our banking online but that can be a pain too. The good news is that most people feel that online banking is getting better, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index for online banking registered a score of 82 out of 100. Are you satisfied with your online banking experience?

Banks have been disappointing customers many ways lately _ tightening mortgage lending standards, paring back home-equity and credit-card lines and lowering savings interest rates _ but they're receiving higher marks for at least one thing: their Web sites.
