Dumbest Tech Bill So Far This Year?

I’m not sure which is worse, this stupid bill, the fact that it had backers or that it passed the Senate 28-9.

So it is that California State Senator Joe Simitian introduced a bill that would "prohibit any person from forcing any other person to undergo an implant in their body of a radio frequency identification device."
