Industry Reacts Negatively To Apple’s Claims

InfoWorld says that security and quality assurance experts reacted negatively to Apple’s attempts to blame MS for iPods shipping with a virus. As you might imagine, the feedback when we reported on this story earlier today was extremely negative, I just didn’t realize what kind of backlash it was going to get industry wide.

"Both cases were flawed manufacturing processes. Mistakes can happen and smart companies accept responsibility, make things right with the customer, and fix the problems. Lesser companies play the blame game," he wrote.
