New Technology From IBM

So as I was surfing around the tech sites today, I ran into this article at The Tech Report from the eetimes that talks about a new chip technology that allows the processor to literally reroute transistor pathways on the fly. Cool stuff for sure. Here is a not so helpful whitepaper from IBM on the subject.
