iPod Batteries II:

A couple of days ago Steve gave you a heads up to a link with a fairly funny movie that pointed out that once your iPod batteries wear out, Apple would charge you $250 for a new one. Yeeouch, and what a rip off. It seems as though after taking some heat, Apple has backed off and brought the price down to $99. Not exactly a bargin, but not exactly bending you over in public like before either. I would surely take this into consideration before buying an iPod.

Battery Service: $99.00 USD: labor, parts, and a 90-day guarantee on materials and workmanship, plus $6.95 shipping. $105.95 USD total.
