In Call of Juarez Bound in Blood all three video cards were playable at 2560x1600 with no AA, 16X AF and the highest in-game settings. While there may seem to be some room left for us to start playing with AA levels the fact that Call of Juarez Bound in Blood doesn’t support them means that these settings are the highest possible. Even trying to force AA through the control doesn’t result in any improvement in image quality. Though that doesn’t mean that there is no AA in Call of Juarez Bound in Blood since it already does a full screen AA by way of the "Post Process Quality" setting. It reduces the aliasing on objects and even softens it on transparent textures which does minimize the need for a standalone AA option.

Needless to say being able to play on all three video cards at the highest possible settings meant that we had a wonderful gameplay experience. The only differentiation between the video cards here was in average framerates. The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 275 took the lead with an average 50 FPS followed by the XFX Radeon HD 4890 Extreme with 48.5 average FPS and then the AMD Radeon HD 4890 with 46.3 average FPS. So the XFX video card was able to beat the reference 4890 but only by a couple of average FPS.
