Call me crazy but I figured the first cloned animal to come out of Texas A&M would have been a sheep. Thanks rac43.

Researchers in Texas have cloned a domestic cat, producing a two-month-old kitten called CopyCat.

This might excite some of you, but we never really saw much merit in it. Only Intel owners need apply.

This new version brings the following enhancements: faster boot time, accelerated disk I/O for games, graphics Applications, disk utilities, and media authoring applications, performance-enhancing data pre-fetcher for Intel Pentium 4 processor-based systems, support for 137+ GB IDE hard drives.

Gotta love it when your Dad passes along some news for the posting. He pointed out that PlayStation Mod chips were being stopped from crossing into US borders. Also Dad passed along this linkage over at ZDNet theorizing just how bad the gaming industry is being ripped off by the warez whores.

"(There) are at least 100 other countries around the globe where there is virtually no legitimate market for our products due to rampant piracy," Doug Lowenstein, the president of the association, said in a statement.
